The Z48 belt is specially designed for baking rusks and hard biscuits. This belt has wide meshes for optimised air circulation.Z47R band is a version of Z47 band, with increased resistance to tearing for longer belt life or intensive use. However, it requires a higher baking temperature than Z47 band.The Z47 belt is recommended for large, high-output equipment (speeds of up to 30 metres/minute), as the space between the meshes allows excellent air circulation during baking.
